Simply because these birds are so rare, lots of them are in breeding systems, as an alternative to staying bred by novices. A lot of breeders hope sooner or later to reintroduce this species into the wild, where by their figures are promptly declining. It is nearly not reasonable towards the species to find out them in “pet-only” properties. So
